I grew up in the UK watching Audi dominate in the RAC rally, ever since that time I have been obcessed with the Audi SQ.

 

This project is therefore near and dear to my heart. 

 

The chassis is a real 1982 Audi URQ. We built a jig and shortened the car by the correct ammount. We then sourced a rare Audi 5+5 two door which gave its life to hand over its roof and A-Pillars. 

 

The bodywork is all carbon, the molds were pulled form a real SQ in a Canadian collection.

 

This car is being built as a restomod tribute to the original race cars. it will Look almost identical to the original with some minor modern touches. The chassis and driveline will be all modern and will be using the latest Audi TTRS 5 cylinder turbo modified to make over 800AWHP.

 

It is all about the classic Audi sound, smells and feel on this one.
